Important information for Patriot Bank customers

Patriot Bank will begin system changes Monday, November 6th and will be complete in its entirety on Monday, November 13th at 8:00 am.
We will be ready and available to help you.

  • All Patriot Bank branches will remain open during regular hours and fully staffed.
  • You will have access to all of your funds and accounts.

Debit Card Replacement

Your current MasterCard debit cards are being replaced with a new MasterCard EMV chip enabled debit cards that will have a new card number and a new Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Statement Downloading

As mentioned in the System Changes Guide, if you are an Online Banking customer, you will no longer have access to your archived account statements in Online Banking following our system changes. We recommend that you download your historical statements prior to Friday, November 10th at 4:00 pm.

Debit Card Replacement – What to do and When

Your current MasterCard debit cards are being replaced with a new MasterCard EMV chip enabled debit cards that will have a new card number and a new Personal Identification Number (PIN). You should receive your new debit card and new PIN, in 2 separate mailings, prior to Monday, November 6th.  Please contact a banking representative if you not receive both items.

Before Monday, November 13th

  • You should continue to use your existing debit card until Monday, November 13th

Beginning Monday, November 13th

  • Locate your separately mailed MasterCard chip enabled Debit card and PIN in order to activate your new card. (Your new cards cannot be activated prior to Monday, November 13th.)
  • Your current debit card will stop working Monday, November 13th.
  • Begin using only the new MasterCard debit card on Monday, November 13th.
  • Change all automatic payments to use your MasterCard debit number beginning November 13th.
  • Please make a purchase with your new MasterCard debit card or use it at an ATM the week of November 13th in order to verify your newly assigned PIN.
  • If you would like to Change your PIN, please visit a Patriot Bank location or follow the PIN change instructions that are included in your PIN mailer.
